Feel great and perform at your best at Sheraton Fitness By Core Performance. The Sheraton Tel Aviv's remodeled fitness facility, located on the pool level, has 90 m² of dedicated workout space, complete with brand new parquet flooring, as well as the latest Technogym state-of-the-art equipment. The equipment choices and the manufacturer are dedicated by Core Performance standards. One element, for example, is the TV screens, which are built into the exercise equipments, such as the cardiovascular machines, and the treadmills. In accordance with the Core Performance standards, the new facility will feature three treadmills, two elliptical trainers, one recumbent bike, one upright bike, and one stepper. A full complement of weights is also available.
The opening hours are: Sunday - Thursday 06:00 - 23:00, Friday 06:00 - 18:30 and Saturday 06:00 - 23:00. Towels, drinks, newspapers and magazines are available.
The Swimming Pool's turquoise clear water seem to be merging with the sea. Relaxing on the sun-deck with cool drinks and superb meat dishes from the pool bar you feel on top of the world. The pool is open until sunset.
The luxurious Cielo Spa features 14 treatment rooms, including two opulent suites - the "Red Rose Suite" with double bath and a rest area (a suite graced with red rose décor), and the regally decorated "Honeymoon Suite", it too with a double bath and a rest area.
The spa features massage rooms as well, for Swedish, aromathrapeutic, Thai, shiatsu, neck & shoulders, reflexology, honey, hot basalt stones, Ayurveda and combination massages. There's also a manicure/pedicure room, along with a scalp treatment station that has been outfitted with a shampooing corner and infra-red treatment lighting.
Other features of the Cielo Spa include a fish spa, dry sauna, a cold drinks bar, a corner featuring a variety of teas and infusions, a large and luxurious Turkish bath ("hamam") complemented by built-in treatment beds, and rooms for post-treatment relaxation.
